Pay: $25.00 - $ 32.00/hr

Shift/Hours: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Associate Finance Operations provides essential support to the Finance Operations team with a primary focus on invoicing, data entry, financial reporting , and daily transactional activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The position involves assisting with billing processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping prepare routine reports to ensure smooth operational workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate, process, and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date financial documentation.

Support payment processing and assist with basic reconciliation tasks.

Prepare recurring financial reports and assist with data gathering for management reporting.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to resolve billing or data discrepancies.

Assist with process documentation and identify simple improvements to enhance efficiency.

Provide general administrative and financial support as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (preferred but not required).

1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or administrative support with financial responsibilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Solid organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Familiarity with invoicing, reporting, and basic financial processes.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
