Job Title: Associate, Program Finance

Job Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Financial Analyst in the L3Harris Space & Mission Systems Segment. Analyst will directly support programs within the Maritime (MAR) Sector. This role will partner with program management teams to analyze and understand their financial position. The analyst will prepare monthly financial reports, verify actual cost reporting, provide variance analysis, and support monthly closing activities.

Essential Functions:

Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects in ERP system

Ensure adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policies

Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC (other direct cost) estimates against budget and forecast

Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT (Integrated Product Team)

Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process

Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.

Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Additional Skills:

Prior experience in Aerospace and Defense industry; with in-depth understanding of government contracts and contract @types

Prior expertise using program finance tools such as: SAP/Excel/Hyperion/Deltek COBRA

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions (oral, written, listening)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a challenging and fast paced environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$59,000 MIN -$110,000 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule @type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
