Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Account Manager to cover the Anaheim, CA territory and reporting to the Anaheim Service Sales & Ops Manager. The main goal of the role is to maintain a portfolio of customers through providing excellent customer service and account management with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.

On a typical day you will:

Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers

Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries

Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets

Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

Conduct sales negotiations and close deals

Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful:

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and preferred relevant prior work experience

You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.

You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills

You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.

You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
