Marketing Operations Strategist

CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Operations Strategist position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Translate marketing objectives into scalable digital marketing and marketing automation initiatives.

Design and guide campaign journeys including audience targeting, segmentation, channel mix, messaging, and performance measurement.

Collaborate with Client Service Delivery and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Direct Marketing methodologies and campaign best practices.

Provide strategic guidance for marketing automation execution while ensuring alignment with brand and organizational goals.

Analyze campaign performance and develop wrap-up reporting with actionable insights.

Drive continuous improvement through campaign optimization, process innovation, and operational enhancements.

Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend tools or platforms that improve marketing effectiveness.

Marketing operations and campaign management

Marketing automation platforms

Customer journey design and segmentation

Campaign analytics and performance reporting

Direct marketing methodologies

Process improvement and operational optimization

Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing strategy roles.

Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.

Background supporting enterprise marketing initiatives and marketing technology implementations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $75.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
