What You'll Do:
As a Senior Creative Manager, you'll lead the full project lifecycle for moderate to highly complex creative initiatives-from intake and planning through execution and delivery. Many of these projects will have non-linear problem solving and processes and bring together multiple stakeholders, vendors and cross-creative team coordination. You will serve as the primary project manager on most assignments, ensuring scope alignment, schedules, resources, approvals, and communication across the project lifecycle remains on track and flexible when needed. In this player-coach role, you'll also champion process improvements, project management tools, and evolve the operational excellence across the team.
Here are a few of the Key Responsibilities:
Lead project management for multiple creative initiatives across creative team(s), business areas, audiences, external vendors, and media deliverables.
Develop and manage holistic project and resource plans using established methodologies and tools - from ideation and concept to execution and delivery.
Anticipate and resolve project risks, issues, and logistical challenges while communicating impacts to stakeholders.
Provide proactive project updates, milestone communication, and process to decision-driven insights to partners and business areas.
Oversee legal, compliance, and brand approvals, including FINRA or copyright submission (if needed).
Embed yourself in and build strong partnerships with creative teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors/freelancers.
Manage scopes of work, budgets, and billing throughout the project lifecycle, and when necessary, work with leaders to manage vendor selection.
Champion process, workflow, and technology improvements that continually elevate quality, efficiency, and team performance.

What You'll Need:
8+ years of project management experience in a corporate marketing or creative agency environment.
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies; project management certifications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple moderate to highly complex initiatives with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Workfront, Trello or comparable tools.
Ability to manage timing, budgets, and resource allocation on creative projects of varying scale.
Experience overseeing legal/compliance/brand approvals and managing documentation/record retention.
Proven ability to manage vendor and freelance relationships, including scoping, budgeting, and contracting.
