3rd Shift Assistant Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)

Looking for a hands-on night shift role where you can learn new skills and contribute to a fast-paced production team? Our Macedon facility is hiring 3rd Shift Assistant Machine Operators. This is a temp-to-hire position, giving you the opportunity to join full-time and receive benefits after successfully completing the temporary period.

Shift & Pay:

3rd Shift: Tue-Sat | 12 AM-8:30 AM | $19.50/hr

Location: Macedon,NY

What You'll Be Doing:

Support operators in running production lines efficiently

Pack, stack, and inspect products to ensure quality

Prepare materials and keep lines supplied

Operate basic equipment like labelers and case packers

Follow safety, sanitation, and GMP standards

Keep work areas clean and organized while supporting 5S practices

Communicate production issues and ideas to supervisors

Who We're Looking For:

Must be able to pass screening requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Eager to learn and take initiative

Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate in English

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, moisture)

Able to wear required PPE (hard hat, hairnet, steel-toe shoes, etc.)
