SAP ABAP Fiori Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Fiori applications, enhancing existing ABAP Programs, and providing technical expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 technologies. This role focuses on creating user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and optimizing application performance. The developer collaborates with business analysts, functional consultants, and other IT professionals to deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
Major Job Activities:
Develop Code in ABAP, ABAP OO, Workflow, SQL, FIORI, HANA Modeling, BAPI, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms
Support ABAP code base in SAP ECC and S/4 in the following facets:
Develop applications using existing and emerging technology platforms
Design and code application programs; create test transactions and run tests
Analyze organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems
Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system
BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces
SAP ABAP/4 programming using: SAPScript, iDocs, BAPI, RFC
Supports SAP modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and providing design and development of RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (Smartforms & SAP script), and Workflows)
Analyze and Fix IDOC, Web Service, RFC Issues
Develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces with solutions in ABAP/FIORI/BTP
Well-versed in defining authorization roles
Capable of understanding and designing the technical solution from requirements gathering, technical design through to code level, and promoting up through the SAP landscape, ensuring compliance with all development and regulatory standards
Data Management - ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance, application, and refinement methods to make fact-based decisions
Ensure the operating efficiency of existing application systems
Maintain records for the documentation of system development and revisions
Develop migration strategies and project plans tailored to specific SAP environments
Perform system validations and post-migration testing
Implement security measures to protect SAP systems and data
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct security assessments and audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP administrators, developers, functional analysts, and configuration analysts
Support all activities related to release management pertaining to SAP activities, which include moving transports to the quality and production systems, and documenting the changes in Service Now
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
Share knowledge and expertise through training and documentation

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, OR High School diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience around ABAP programming: OOP/ Smart Forms /SAP scripts/ SIFbA (Adobe)/ Web Dynpro / PI proxy / IDOC / WebUI / BAPI / BADI / ALV/Fiori· Technical/functional background in at least one of the following SAP cluster of modules:· FI/CO, Logistics (MM, SD, QM, WM, PP, PTP, PM)Must have knowledge and work experience with SAP Next Gen development, such as CDS, SAP Fiori, S4, and frontend development skills
Experience with Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
Demonstrated SAP HANA and SAP RISE experience required
Experience working in a large-scale IT organization with SAP project implementations of high complexity, at a large scale, and with a global user base
Demonstrated SAP & SAP HANA on NS2 cloud experience required
Deployment approach and strategies with Fiori and other advanced SAP stacks
Experience following protocols and standards specific to SAP large-scale implementation
Experience working with SAP support on troubleshooting various issues: understanding the nature of the problem, raising OSS incidents, and providing necessary support to SAP analysts to investigate problems
Understand concepts of setting and driving functional & technical direction
Knowledge of interfacing with APO, BW, PI, and Non-SAP Systems
Hana SQL Script, Web Dynpro, Workflow, Specifics Is-U, Print Workbench, Variant, Events of Invoicing
Events of Advance Objects Abap Programming, Hana Programming, Performance
Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 framework, Fiori design principles, and SAPUI5 controls
Experience in developing custom Fiori apps using SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, or other Fiori development tools
Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP, ABAP dictionary, and ABAP debugging
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori elements, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and SAP Gateway services (OData)
Familiarity with SAP Fiori/ABAP/BTP security concepts, roles, and authorizations
High level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Have worked on a cross-functional team; is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
USD 120,000 - 190,000
Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
