Summary You will serve as a Supervisory General Business and Industry Specialist in the Systems Acquisition Group, Costs and Schedule Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and determine schedules for completion of work. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will resolve technical problems, review work, and provide answers to employees and supervisors' questions. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of analyses and other products developed for assigned program/project. You will maintain working knowledge of the latest operations research or industrial engineering theories, methods, and techniques associated specifically with Earned Value Management (EVM) and related professional disciplines. You will accomplish other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band DP-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods of earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development for air weapons systems/subsystems and acquisition strategies; 2) Providing overall technical direction and leadership to multi-disciplined teams and coordinating functions between various groups to complete earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development products; 3) Communicating earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development briefs at various leadership levels.
