Job Title: Powder Coater Job Description

Apply powder-based paint coatings to metal and other surfaces using specialized spray equipment. This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating coating machinery, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare parts for coating processes.

Operate specialized spray equipment for powder coating.

Ensure high-quality finishes on all coated surfaces.

Maintain an efficient and safe workflow within the manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and paint preparation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with paint lines, sanding, and blasting.

Work Environment

This position is set in a typical manufacturing environment. It can get quite warm, especially in the paint area, so be prepared for this aspect of the work setting. The role is on the 2nd shift, running from Monday to Thursday, 2:45 pm to 12:45 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
