In this role you will be a Supply Chain Planner responsible for supporting Supply Chain planning and projects throughout the CC-EM Supply Chain supporting the Precious Metal Refining business.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will...

Plan tolling activity within our Precious Metals Refining business, ensuring materials are moved in a timely manner, metal accountability meets business requirements, new requests and changes are quickly managed, and inventories and operational resources are optimized.

Support the set-up and execution of SAP transactions to support tolling activity.

Maintain and enhance tools and databases used to support Supply Chain Management processes.

Positively engage and coordinate with cross-functional members of the team to enable end-to-end process efficiencies. Specifically, you will interact with the Quality, Metal Control, Business Management, and Warehouse/Distribution teams to ensure production, packaging, shipment, analysis, and metal true-up requirements are met.

Your problem-solving ability and agility will serve you well as you monitor adherence to the plan and work collaboratively with other internal functions to resolve any issues that arise.

Summarize and visualize findings and opportunities, so they may be effectively shared throughout the organization to increase transparency and improve profitability.

Lead cross-functional discussions to resolution, develop standard business practices, and translate customer needs into realistic supply chain offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or Business Management.

Advanced knowledge of SAP in relation toProduction Planning, Purchasing, Order and Inventory Management, Material and Plant Set-up, and Logistics Execution, preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Collaboration and Analytics tools, such as Power BI, preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellentcommunication, reporting, and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and networking skills.

Strong data analysis & data management skills, experience with data management tools, and distilling data into information.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $75-$85,000.00/year . Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
