Address common adoption barriers (trust, job impact concerns, skills evolution) through training and structured rollout plans.
4) Long-Term Supply Chain Strategy & Cross-Industry Benchmarking
Bring cross-industry perspective to challenge assumptions, identify blind spots, and strengthen long-term strategy around digitization, predictive supply chain, resilience, and scalable global operating models .
Benchmark external practices and incorporate relevant insights into roadmap and operating model (best practices, maturity models, lessons learned).
5) Value Realization, Metrics, and Executive Cadence
Define success metrics and a value tracking system (business impact, cycle time reduction, forecast accuracy, risk prevention, automation rate, adoption).
Provide executive-ready updates: roadmap progress, dependency management, investment tradeoffs, and decision points.
Required Qualifications
10+ years experience in one or more of: supply chain/procurement , digital transformation, analytics/AI product delivery, or strategy/consulting roles with operational ownership.
Demonstrated success building and executing multi-year roadmaps and scaling initiatives across multiple functions (process + technology).
Strong understanding of supply chain/procurement workflows (purchasing, sourcing, supplier performance management, risk).
Experience translating business problems into AI/analytics solutions (use case definition, requirements, data readiness, deployment/adoption).
Exceptional stakeholder management: ability to influence and drive alignment across senior leaders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-enabled supply chain capabilities
Familiarity with enterprise platforms and integrations (ERP/procurement ecosystems) and data governance practices.
MBA, MS (Operations/Analytics), or equivalent advanced degree; or equivalent experience leading complex transformations.
