Where is the work:

Prioritize engaging with customer. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.

What you will do:

Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity

Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals.

Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development.

Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans.

Develop district business plan with leadership and management teams.

Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc.

What you will bring:

1+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree. or Associate's Degree (AA)

Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs.

5+ years sales and leadership experience

DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. within 1 Year

Compensation:

Base Salary: The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Total compensation also includes an incentive plan of up to 40% of your base salary.
