Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Electrical Engineer specializing in test engineering to support both new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing manufacturing operations. This role involves hands - on testing, hardware debugging, developing test strategies, improving production processes, and collaborating closely with Design, Software Engineering, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

Responsibilities:

Production Test & Hardware Debug

Perform testing and troubleshoot analog, digital, and mixed - signal circuits down to the component level.

Review engineering documentation, including schematics, drawings, and test procedures.

Use electrical test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and logic analyzers.

Provide data - driven feedback to engineering teams.

Manufacturing Test Development

Define and implement test strategies for new products.

Support and optimize test processes at CMs.

Provide Design - for - Test (DFT) recommendations.

Develop test station procedures and maintenance schedules.

Yield, Quality, & Process Improvement

Analyze test yields and perform failure analysis.

Prepare pareto charts, yield trends, and summaries.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams.

Cross - Functional Collaboration

Work with internal design teams and external manufacturing partners.

Provide training and support for manufacturing test stations.

Communicate effectively on issues, risks, and progress.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering discipline.

5-10+ years of experience in test engineering or manufacturing support.

Strong background in PCB, mixed - signal, and embedded hardware troubleshooting.

Experience implementing test processes for electronic products.

Proficiency with PC - based test systems and instrumentation.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Flexible and adaptive across changing priorities.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is?$122,500- 196,000.?This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
