Summary You will serve as a EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, AND SERVICES ASSISTANT in the SAFETY, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND FACILITIES DIVISION (BUPERS-00T3) of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL. Responsibilities You will monitor safety conditions within the building and adjacent exterior area such as walkways and parking lots, documenting and referring issues to appropriate points of contact. You will document and bring resolution to a variety of facility issues. You will assist and advise customers in capturing requirements for furniture and office moves. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Addressing facility material condition problems; 2) Shipping and receiving of materials and supplies: 3) Coordinating furniture and equipment relocation: and 4) Scheduling and managing command transportation.
