Job Title: Marketing Analyst II

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Standard Business Hours)

Hybrid schedule with in-office expectation Tuesday - Thursday

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Pay Rate: $48.28/hr

System One is seeking a Marketing Analyst II to support digital marketing analytics and performance reporting for our clients' Communications and Marketing organization. This role focuses on analyzing digital and web campaign performance, interpreting customer engagement metrics, and delivering insights that help guide marketing strategy and improve the overall digital customer experience. The Marketing Analyst will work with internal stakeholders and reporting tools to track marketing performance, build dashboards and reporting cadences, and provide data-driven insights related to customer behavior and digital campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Analyze digital marketing and web campaign performance metrics

Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to evaluate web traffic, impressions, clicks, and customer behavior

Interpret key marketing metrics including CPM, click-through rate, impressions, video views, and engagement data

Develop recurring reports and dashboards to track marketing campaign performance

Build weekly and monthly reporting summaries highlighting key trends and insights

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather and integrate marketing data sources

Work with reporting outputs from marketing platforms and external vendors to support campaign analysis

Present findings and insights to internal partners to support marketing strategy and digital experience improvements

Support ongoing data analysis initiatives related to customer engagement and marketing performance

Maintain organized documentation and reporting processes for marketing analytics activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Approximately 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis

Hands-on experience using Google Analytics to analyze web or digital marketing performance

Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, CPM, and engagement metrics

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting frameworks

Exposure to marketing reporting tools or customer experience platforms

Digital marketing or analytics certifications

Experience working with marketing vendors or external analytics reporting

Background in marketing analytics within retail, consumer, technology, or similar industries
