Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician, 3rd Shift for a well-branded pharma manufacturing customer in Myerstown PA. The position is 40-hours/week, $21/HR pay rate and 3rd Shift Schedule. We're looking to interview and hire ASAP for this role.

Title : Manufacturing Technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 11:00pm - 7:00am

Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay : $21/HR

Location: Myerstown, PA

Career Summary: This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by running, maintaining, and changing over high-speed bottling lines. The position ensures production schedules are met while following strict safety and quality standards in a highly regulated environment.

Job Duties "At-a-Glance":

Perform equipment setup and changeover activities.

Action to safely reduce equipment setup and changeover times.

Initiate and establish equipment operating parameters to maximize production and meet product specifications.

Coordinate the utilization of outside contractors and vendors as needed.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

1 - 2+ years of assemblies, equipment testing, running machines in mfg setting

Work overtime hours based on production and work different shifts to support business demands
