Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

Job Description

The Electromechanical Technician will install, maintain, and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems. List of responsibilities below.

Pay:

$40-$45/hr

Two Shifts Available:

2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm - 11 pm)

3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm - 7 am)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electronic equipment to component levels following company regulations.

Analyze data to assess the performance of machinery for efficiency.

Troubleshoot and repair PLC equipment.

Document maintenance and machine safety data.

Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly of equipment.

Follow all safety procedures and adhere to Safe Quality Foods requirements.

Perform regular and preventative maintenance on installed electro-mechanical equipment.

Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies.

Follow specific layout and schematic diagrams to repair and maintain machines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Up to 5% 401k match

2 PPO medical plans. One high deductible with HSA account, other lower deductible, no HSA (medical benefits available first day)

Dental/Vision

Company paid short term disability leave

PTO: 120 hours (prorated in year one), 160 hours in year 3, 240 hours year 10 (can roll over 80 hours currently, will back down to 40 hours next year)

10 paid holidays

This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,PA.
