Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28/hr

General Function

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting all supply chain operational functions within the organization. This role ensures the accurate and timely specification, ordering, receipt, delivery, and accountability of all medical supplies and equipment. The Specialist will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting purchasing processes, and ensuring efficient distribution of materials across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inventory control tasks including stocking, retrieving, and monitoring supply levels.

Process supply and equipment orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Receive, verify, and document incoming materials and equipment.

Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling and tracking of items.

Utilize electronic supply chain systems to manage transactions, track inventory, and generate reports.

Collaborate with internal departments to support supply needs and resolve discrepancies.

Apply lean methodologies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste within supply chain processes.

Assist with equipment accountability and documentation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

One year of recent (within the last 24 months) experience in inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain operations, including stocking and retrieving items from storage.

Knowledge of lean methodologies and practices.

Recent (within the last 48 months) experience using electronic supply chain operation programs/systems.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Administrative Assistants to be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties to help improve efficiencies at an organization. The Administrative Assistants will be the initial contact person for patients when they enter the medical office.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
