Kelly Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work as a Product Development Engineer to join our client's manufacturing company.

What You'll Do:
Support new product development and enhance existing HVAC solutions by translating customer feedback into innovative engineering designs.
Evaluate and optimize mechanical concepts for fit, function, and performance, ensuring each product meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols, analyzing results to guarantee optimal product performance.
Generate detailed engineering drawings with precise measurements, ensuring manufacturability and quality.
Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and streamline manufacturing processes.
Manage projects from inception through completion, coordinating proto@types, schedules, and team efforts.
Maintain safety, operational standards, and system integrity for CAD workstations.
Contribute to a fast-paced environment by adapting and proactively seeking innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of engineering experience, preferably in product development or HVAC industry.
Strong understanding of basic manufacturing techniques, including machining, stamping, injection molding, forging, heat treatment, and metallurgy.
Skilled in 3D CAD modeling; SolidWorks and Fusion 360 expertise preferred.
Hands-on experience with prototyping methods and rapid prototyping technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with high-volume manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with CAD program operational systems and system integrity practices.
Additional experience in project management.
