We are looking for an entry-level Legal Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our attorneys and staff. This role involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing and organizing documents, preparing correspondence, and assisting with court filings and other routine office tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Also are amenable to a straight administrative role, which would include entry level candidates with at least 5 years of secretarial experience with excellent recommendations/background checks. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn legal procedures are essential. No prior legal experience is required, but an interest in the legal field is a plus.

Requirements - Proficiency in e-filing and court filing systems.

Excellent calendar management skills, including scheduling and tracking deadlines.

Strong ability to transcribe legal dictations with accuracy.

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
