Job Posting: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Assistant 3 - Administrative)

Location: Remote (Raritan, NJ preferred)

Company: Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Kelly is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support Johnson & Johnson's Global Communications team. This flexible, remote role is ideal for highly experienced administrative professionals with a passion for organization and communication.

Details

14-20 hours/week, flexible scheduling

Pay: $27.85/hr

Assignment: Through March 30, 2027 (potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, travel, purchase orders, and invoices

Support event logistics (town halls, leadership meetings) and maintain content hubs (SharePoint, Teams)

Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials

Track expenses and ensure compliance with finance processes

Coordinate with senior leaders, team members, and external partners

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred

7+ years administrative experience

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Advanced Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Concur, Ariba, Airtable

Independent, proactive, comfortable on camera, detail-oriented
