Medical Scheduler

In this role, you'll help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient, from greeting them at check-in to coordinating appointments and supporting our clinical staff behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer, screen, and route incoming calls

Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments

Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations when needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system

Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow

Assist with patient questions and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent medical office administrative experience required

Candidates with medical scheduling experience or scheduling call center experience will also be considered

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with facility staff

Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience with EHR systems preferred (Athena or EPIC)

Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week)

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour, based on experience

Benefits: Weekly pay cycle; Medical, Dental & Vision offered

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
