Manage agreements, paperwork, materials needed by the clinical sites as well as paperwork needed to be completed by students. Interface and coordinate with clinical sites/ preceptors that will accept yr 1 and yr 2 students for ECE. Track and maintain attendance records. Follow up and assign make-up sessions as needed. Track and organize ECE reflection assignments as well as Clinical Practice Reflections (CPR) reflection assignments. Serve as back-up for Exam Coordinators. Serve as back-up for Curriculum Coordinators. Orient Students and Clinical Sites/Preceptors to Early Clinical Experience Process/Expectations. Develop and update, as needed, Early Clinical Experience policy, practice, and procedure manuals for (1) Students and (2) Clinical Sites/Preceptors. Perform additional duties, as assigned.
