Director of Sales

Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and enhance the sales operations for a growing organization in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, mentor teams, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational revenue targets and growth objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize inbound and inside sales opportunities.

Oversee account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide mentorship and guidance to sales staff, fostering attention to detail and a collaborative environment.

Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall company goals.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance productivity.

Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements - Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in inside and inbound sales environments.

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

Demonstrated expertise in account management and client relationship building.

Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Commitment to fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
