Industrial / Powder Coat Painter - Full-Time, Full Benefits - will pay up to $33/hr.

1st shift Painter - Electrostatic/Powder coat paint

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Industrial / Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and appearance. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting

Set up and operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens

Mix, match, and apply coatings according to specifications

Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues promptly

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience required

Strong understanding of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processes

Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
