?? What You'll Do

Build and assemble wooden structural components used in construction

Use hand tools (like hammers) to secure materials

Measure, cut, and prepare materials using a tape measure

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

?What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience using hand tools

Ability to stand for extended periods

Able to read a tape measure (preferred, not required)

Positive attitude + strong work ethic = success here

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
