As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to resident concerns with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregular conditions.

Control access at entrances and amenities by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in, and directing deliveries and service providers according to site guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite management and/or emergency services when needed.

Complete routine documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance notifications, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
