opportunity for a Senior Product Engineer to join our Delavan WI team.
You will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and
lifecycle support of pumps and components. This role works autonomously
on high-impact projects, translating customer and business needs into
robust, manufacturable product solutions. The Senior Product Engineer
partners closely with product management, manufacturing, quality, supply
chain, and testing teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and
cost-effective products from concept through production and beyond. This
position is suited for an experienced engineer who is recognized as a
subject matter expert, mentors\' others, and drives technical excellence
across multiple projects and product lines. The role is expected to
develop increasing technical and organizational leadership
responsibility over time and is intended to support long-term continuity
and leadership development. You will: Product Development & Technical
Leadership Lead the design and development of new products and major
product improvements from concept through launch, ensuring performance,
quality, cost, and schedule targets are met. Translate customer needs,
VOC, and product requirements into detailed engineering specifications
and design solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with
product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and marketing
to ensure designs meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
Lead and participate in design reviews, DFMEA/xFMEA activities, and
stage-gate new product development processes. Support production and
field issues through root cause analysis and corrective action, ensuring
continuous product improvement. Testing, Validation & Reliability Define
and execute design verification, validation, and reliability testing
strategies, working with internal and external test resources as needed.
