Why This Role?
This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role supporting multiple teams across Operations Services and the enterprise . You'll gain hands-on experience with operational systems, partner with internal teams, and play a key role in keeping payment and processing activities moving efficiently for our clients.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day production across multiple operational systems
Process and research payment transactions, claims, and exceptions
Perform data entry, document imaging, archiving, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal partners and communicate with vendors and external customers as needed
Research exceptions and escalate issues appropriately
Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy matters
May include physical activity such as moving trays or carts, repetitive motions, and standing or sitting for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years or more of related work experience
10 key processing - data entry
Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Proven commitment to high quality customer service
Ability to work well with external and internal customers
Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
Strong PC skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location two (2) days per week

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.15
