Job Title: Toxicology Sales Representative

Job Description

in B2B sales, particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors, and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other potential clients to promote toxicology testing services.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our services.

Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.

Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the territory.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management using Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful account management.

Familiarity with technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex scientific concepts related to toxicology testing.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Organizational skills that enable effective management of multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in customer service, inside sales, call center operations, data entry, outbound calls, cold calling, customer support, and order processing.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a dynamic environment where collaboration with internal teams is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management. The position requires effective communication skills for product demonstrations and client interactions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Genco Lab LLC, located in Branford, CT, is a reference laboratory that specializes in clinical testing services, including toxicology, COVID-19, pathogen, and genetic testing.

Workplace Type

This is a fully remote position.
