You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or concerns, document activity, and deliver helpful customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Control access to the location by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, issuing badges, and documenting deliveries and pickups as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, with working conditions varying by assignment.

Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, provide clear directions to others, and complete reports and logs according to location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Be 21+ years of age.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Have customer service experience preferred.

Have CPR and/or First Aid preferred.

Have a guard card and/or license preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
