As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Full-Time in Muncie, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points and visitor flow, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams while delivering customer-focused service. Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots and perimeter fencing to help to identify unusual conditions, open doors, equipment concerns and/or unauthorized activity.

Monitor access control points and visitor processing, verifying identification and/or authorization and directing individuals to the appropriate location per site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, disturbances and/or policy violations through established channels.

Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports and shift activity notes, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
