Warehouse Picker

We are looking for a dependable and efficient Warehouse Picker to join our beverage distribution team. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing beverage orders for delivery. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers, and it plays a key part in our overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick beverage products (cases, bottles, kegs, etc.) according to order specifications using a pick sheet or voice-picking system.

Assemble and stage orders on pallets or carts for outbound delivery.

Ensure that picked products match customer orders in quantity, brand, and packaging.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink wrap machines safely (training provided if necessary).

Maintain a clean and organized picking area and assist with general warehouse upkeep.

Follow all safety and quality guidelines during picking, stacking, and staging.

Report product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Assist with inventory counts and restocking tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Prior warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, especially in food/beverage distribution.

Ability to lift and move cases and kegs weighing up to 50 lbs or more throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required.

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained and certified)
