You'll play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency, ensuring seamless calendar management, and providing advanced administrative support within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and schedules for executives or department leaders, including appointments, meetings, and events.

Coordinate and book comprehensive travel arrangements-including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Export data and reports efficiently into Excel; maintain and update spreadsheets as needed.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely information flow.

Support department projects and other administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Proven experience supporting multiple leaders or executives and managing complex calendars.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel (exporting and data maintenance).

Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements - Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling.

Strong background in administrative assistance, preferably in a senior role.

Ability to manage conference calls and virtual meetings effectively.
