Physical Therapist

Position OverviewEnsures that Physical Therapy services are administered and completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments for hospital based inpatient and/or outpatient services, as well as associated clinical documentation. Maintains specific service delivery standards which address commitment to service, customer satisfaction, ongoing evaluation of customer expectations, integration with quality process, communication and interaction standards, turn-around time and information processing standards, corporate compliance requirements, and physical amenities/environment of care.

Compensation Range:

$40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, receiving applicable degree in physical therapy study with Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred:

Master's or Doctorate Degree; Previous physical therapy experience in a hospital-based setting.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

Possession of a current license or eligibility to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.

CPR certification within the first 3 months of hire
