Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Mortgage Loan Servicingby training, analyzing, evaluating, documenting and closing Mortgage requests generated through calls, emails and branches.The incumbent performs various duties to meet the needs of customers and achieve customer service goals.The incumbent complies with established operating policies and procedures, communicates with appropriate personnel, responds to inquiries or requests for information, maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports. The incumbent is the subject matter expert.

Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the subject matter expert for the assigned team.Responsible for assigning daily functions of Mortgage Servicing Representatives and facilitating daily work flow to ensure deadlines are met. Provides support to co-workers in all areas relating to questions and processing issues.Provides support to management.

Supports management and Mortgage teams, escrow, insurance, taxes, and customer care,by assisting them to train, analyze, evaluate, document and close their Mortgage requests.Discusses Mortgage inquiries, documentation and processing issues providing direction and solutions to issues.

Provides service to customers of the bank with respect to mortgage products and services.Provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems.

Prepares and maintains accurate records of production volumes.Provides reports to management monthly or as requested.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Level of Education Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: High School or GED

Skills Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Detail-oriented Ability to use general office equipment Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Intermediate Level MS Excel - Intermediate Level Working knowledge of Mortgage Loan Servicing policies and procedures impacting taxes, escrow, insurance and customer care.
