Now Hiring: Precision Assembler - Fiber & Micro-Component Assembly

Are you detail-oriented, steady-handed, and energized by precision work? Join our team as a Fiber Assembly Technician , where your craftsmanship directly supports high-quality components used in advanced industries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys small-part assembly, working under a microscope, and producing work that requires absolute accuracy.

?? What You'll Do

Measure, cut, and place fiber cables into clips

Follow blueprints or enlarged work instructions to feed colored wires through connectors in the exact required order

Apply a precise amount of epoxy and pull wires through to ensure full coating

Place assemblies into curing devices, then complete final polishing

Perform functional testing to ensure every connection meets quality standards

?? What You Bring

6 months-1+ year of hands-on manufacturing experience (small parts, medical device, electronics, or similar)

Ability to distinguish colors accurately for proper wire placement

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working under a microscope or willingness to learn

Steady hand, high attention to detail, and consistent work quality

?? Preferred Skills

Guidewire assembly experience

Comfort using hand tools

Experience in medical assembly, electronics, or precision production

?? Work Environment

Newly renovated, clean facility with a clean-room atmosphere (no full clean-room suit required)

Smock provided; gloves and safety glasses optional

Collaborative environment where employee input is valued for process improvements

Two shift options:

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM

Occasional Friday overtime may be required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
