Medical Device Manufacturing

As a Level 3-4 Operator , you'll be a key contributor in producing life-changing catheter assemblies within a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in meticulous work, thrives with hands-on tasks, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

?? What You'll Do

Interpret detailed work instructions and production drawings

Build catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies using fine hand tools

Perform intricate assembly work under a microscope

Document processes in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems

Conduct visual inspections to ensure top-tier quality

Complete final packaging of finished catheter assemblies

?? What You Bring

6+ years of catheter assembly experience in the medical device industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfort working with very small components

Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment

High school diploma or GED

Experience with balloon catheter assembly

Second shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
