Inside Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | 1 Saturday per month | On-call rotation

At Woodard, you are often the first voice a customer hears and the reason they choose to move forward. This role sits at the center of our growth. Every call matters.

You will handle 25-75 inbound calls a day while also driving outbound campaigns to generate new business. Every conversation is an opportunity to convert, upsell, or create a long-term customer.

You need to be steady, organized, and confident. When it gets busy, you do not get flustered. You lock in.

What You'll Own:

Converting inbound inquiries into booked jobs

Driving outbound sales campaigns

Spotting upsell and recurring service opportunities

Balancing schedules with urgency and precision

Keeping clean, accurate records in our CRM

What You Need:

2+ years of retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience

Confidence and strong closing instincts

Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
