In this role, you will lead 0-1 style execution for growing subscribers for the Google One AI plans. Operating in a dynamic, high-velocity environment, you will partner directly with product, design, and engineering leadership to rapidly proto@type concepts and translate them into measurable business impact. You will navigate ambiguity, bringing technical clarity to complex problems, and exerting influence across backend, mobile, and web platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$307,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Drive the near-term and long-term goals for attached teams. Work in a dynamic 0-1 environment.
Partner and collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and UX designers to rapidly proto@type ideas and influence the roadmap to ensure the timely development of high-impact business solutions.
Collaborate, provide mentorship, and develop other team members. Help define the long-term technical roadmap, bring clarity to ambiguity, and explore reusable and scalable implementation solutions. Proactively spot new opportunities and future needs.
Participate in and lead design discussions across backend, mobile, and web platforms and influence across various product and leadership teams.
