Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Framingham, MA 01702

Schedule: M-F 9:30am-6pm Remote (must be local to the area for onsite training)

Type: 6-month contract with possible to extend or convert

Start date: Immediate

Our client is a healthcare company focused on transforming the treatment of cardiovascular disease and related diseases with novel diagnostics, reports, and a personalized, scientifically designed nutrition and lifestyle program. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction between the company and its customers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day interaction between our client and their customers to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience.

Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and emails, resolving TIQs, responding to internal and external inquiries, troubleshooting and problem-solving, interfacing with the sales force, and meeting standards for excellent quality.

Requirements:

Associate/Bachelor's Degree with no experience OR HSD with 1 year of Customer Service Experience

Looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, able to switch gears quickly, and who works well under pressure.

Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills,

Solid interpersonal skills with a proven record of working within a team setting.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
