How youll make an impact in this role

Lead departmental policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives in

alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.

Oversee staffing functions, including hiring, onboarding,

performance management, and ongoing education.

Manage departmental budget and ensure operations remain within

allocated funding.

Ensure quality, compliance, and resident safety through audits, care

oversight, and issue resolution.
