In this position you will play a key role in the implementation, integration and roll-out of key assurance innovation initiatives.This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment requiring the ideal candidate to perform effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. This role will require collaboration, focus and an ownership driven mentality.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:- You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry- You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance- You will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awards- We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions- We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation- Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.- Administration of CaseWare including administering licenses, entity creation and template management.- Provide Tier 2 application support forCaseWare, includingissuetriage,root causeanalysis, and resolution coordination.- Serve as the escalation point forCaseWareissues, managing defects, prioritizing enhancements,coordinating resolutions, and tracking outcomes.- Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders andthe EnterpriseTechnology & Information team to monitorCaseWareticketvolume,identifytrends, and improvetheissue management processes.- Participate in the initial exploration and assessment of new assurance software tools.- Develop and execute test cases to assess the functionality and performance of new assurance software.- Develop and document formalized processes and controls around new assurance software tools.- Develop, maintain and update practice management tools- Liaison between National Office,AIand Enterprise Technology & Information- Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate the resolution of gaps that have been identified in current processesBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- 3+ years of experience within an assurance team at a public accounting firmPreferred/Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience within a business transformation role- CPA, or equivalent experienceEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
