Our client, the automotive industry leader, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, passion for luxury brand of cars and a customer-focused approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Call Center Agents

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: Varies, as early as 9:00 am up to 8:00pm.

What's the Job?

Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding brand's program.

Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program

Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty

Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed

Schedule appointments and provide concierge experience to customers

What's Needed?

Minimum of High School Diploma

1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

Knowledge about brand loyalty and concierge services

Passion for cars and Enthusiastic, up-beat; welcoming personality
