Your Opportunity
The Stantec Miami Fl office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to provide organizational and administrative support to our team. The position will play a key role by providing support to the local management team, assisting with all office operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, maintain supplies and UPS/FEDEX.
Phone system several incoming lines
Greeting clients and vendors
Supporting conformance with company policies, procedures and ISO-certified Integrated Management System
Prepare documents in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote, and other programs
Prepare, edit, and format documents including correspondence, reports, proposals, drafts, memos, office address book and emails
Processes expense reports, invoices and orders
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, internal and external events and travel arrangements.
Creating attractive graphics, maps and figures to include proposals, technical reports, meeting notes and presentations
Handle administrative requests and queries from leadership, project managers and engineers.

Enjoys working independently and within a team environment
Advanced proficiency in office systems, and general office maintenance
Advanced expertise in the Windows environment, including the full suite of Microsoft office programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote and Adobe Reader/Writer.
A valid Driver's License and a dependable personal means of transportation are required
Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in required. Experience in A/E (engineering, architectural or construction) consulting firm is preferred.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
