Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where your primary responsibilities will involve managing and organizing stock, ensuring efficient processing of orders, and handling deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Organize and stock customer's boxes or items.

Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items.

Process work orders efficiently.

Handle rush deliveries with professionalism.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations including order picking and pulling.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.

Proficient in general labor and fast-paced work settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Proficiency in speaking and communicating well in English with customers and coworkers.

Basic reading and writing skills.

Basic understanding of a PC.

Work Environment

The work environment is deadline intensive, with a team of eight individuals in the warehouse. The role involves heavy order pulling and labor-intensive tasks throughout the day. While you will typically work individually, collaboration with the team is essential. The company fosters a supportive atmosphere, encouraging personal growth and development.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.18 - $19.18/hr.
