Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for a hybrid mix of warehouse organization and on-site customer moving, serving as a key representative of our brand.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

Hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.Weekend availability is required.

Full-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week

Job Site: Shifts start and end at the Clutter depot at the job site address 989 South Cucamonga, Ontario, California

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Move, pack, and load customer items both at their homes and in the warehouse while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with your team to scan and organize customer items using our proprietary mobile app to ensure 100% accuracy.

Ensure all warehouse projects and moving jobs comply with safety and quality standards set by the organization.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Basic Requirements: At least 18 years of age

Physical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.

Compensation: We offer a comprehensive pay structure including a base hourly rate of $18/hour, digital and cash tips, and bonus potential for employees recognized by name in positive online customer reviews.

Overtime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
