Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical repairs for tubing mill equipment. This includes responding to repairs, troubleshooting motors, fuses, relays, gear boxes, encoders, and troubleshooting AB and Siemens PLCs. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting hydraulics, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical motors, air compressors, fans, and pumps. Additionally, you will fabricate, assemble, and test parts as needed, utilizing a CMMS to manage work orders and order parts. The role is a balanced 50/50 mechanical and electrical position, with an emphasis on electrical skills as we advance plant automation. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Responsibilities

Perform all mechanical and electrical repairs for tubing mill equipment.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot motors, fuses, relays, gear boxes, encoders, and PLCs.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical motors, air compressors, fans, and pumps.

Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts.

Utilize CMMS for managing work orders and ordering parts.

Perform other duties as assigned, such as painting, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Essential Skills

3+ years in industrial maintenance.

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs.

Experience in troubleshooting hydraulics.

Knowledge of computer systems, preferably CMMS.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
