TThe purpose of Field Marketing is to build and deliver the capabilities needed by our top branch teams and markets to achieve their goals and firm business outcomes, as well as to provide the support and capacity required to deliver an elevated experience for prospective and current clients. We ensure that branch teams have access to easily deployable marketing tools and strategies aligned to their unique opportunities, and we are charged with delivering a seamless branch marketing experience.
As a Marketing Strategist III, you will equip our top-performing branch teams and markets with the capabilities, support, and tailored strategies they need to achieve business goals and deliver an elevated client and prospect experience. You play a key role in this mission by developing complex, differentiated go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across the U.S. and Canada. This role identifies business opportunities, selects the right channels, and designs personalized journeys that convert prospects into clients and deepen existing relationships-ensuring a seamless and effective branch marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the most productive Edward Jones Financial Advisors and their teams to build and execute holistic, high-impact marketing strategies that accelerate practice growth.
Develop integrated marketing approaches across traditional tactics (advertising, flyers, brochures), digital marketing (SEO, paid search), website customization/optimization, and social media strategy.
Elevate advisor visibility through strategic award and accolade promotion (e.g., Forbes, Barron's) and create bespoke content tailored to each practice's goals.
Serve as the single point of contact for all marketing needs of top FAs, delivering strategic consultation and seamless execution.
Operate in a dynamic one-to-many model, collaborating with both internal partners and external agencies to fulfill marketing requests with speed and excellence.
