Aon is hiring for an Operations Manager II for our invoicing team.
This is a hybrid position based out of Bannockburn, IL.

What the day will look like:
Manage overall employee performance and where appropriate communicate disciplinary and corrective action
Makes employment decisions, evaluates and rewards staff performance, recommends training and development opportunities
Schedule and organizes personnel to accommodate workflow; distributes work assignments to specialists based on specific levels of expertise
Validate that staff members are performing the necessary activities to ensure all invoicing SLA's are met on the end to end turn around time of invoicing
Laisse with Genpact team to ensure appropriate coverage for the work
Will manage and process quality control overview of outputs
Oversees and executes tasks related to invoicing including escalations, exceptions and ad hoc requests
Manages and maintains oversight on invoicing
Help team members and colleagues troubleshoot and resolve issues around deliverables
Assist team in developing effective relationship with offshore resources and ensure on and off-shore works together as One team
Provides direction and guidance to team members who are confronted with unfamiliar or complex issues
Routinely confers with the team to ensure they are properly supported and provided with appropriate tools and training.
Develops, recommends, implements, and interprets client service procedures; evaluates the ongoing effectiveness of current operations and systems
Develops, interprets, and ensures the consistent application of ABS/ACS policies
Addresses unusual or difficult inquiries/situations through direct personal action or refers to the appropriate individuals; research complex issues and handles their resolution
Possible travel to India
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
2-5 years of Account Management experience
2-5 years of People Leadership experience
2-5 years of Operations Support experience
Education:
College degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
